No mount gift ? T_T

Heya guys .

I haven't played Pw for a while now and when I started playing again I saw some new mounts that are not available in the boutique .
Some people told me it's a gift if you transfer 5000 Zen to Pw .

Well .. So I did .
But , no mount ? o; What happened ?

My accound is already 3-4 years old , so I'm paying in $ .
I transfered it to Momaganon .

So.. I hope it's not a bug or anything since I want that mount so bad .___.
