Error on using playspan charge

I have UltimatePoints on my playspan account and want to buy ZEN.

I select playspan and then click apply my ultimate points button and see bugged window.
And that's it, no ZENs and ultimate points still in place (thanks God).

Tried same with different amount of ZENs, results are the same.

Earlier I used ultimate points as part of summ and it worked. Now after having 5000 UltimatePoints i can't buy ZENs at all.

What should i do to actually buy ZEN now? b:sad

I hope you'd help me to buy ZEN while sunshine packs are in sale b:surrender

    here you can use the ultimate points to buy ultimate game cards.

    then on PWI website, choose to use an ultimate game card as the method of purchase.

    thanks, converted $10 to game card then used 4000 points as part of $50 pay and it worked, then made $10 pay using game card and it also worked.

    Anyway there are a lot of bugs while charging money here.

    Giving money to PWI should be easy, not so difficult, lol :)
