Cant See my Chars armor/fash color Q_Q

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and got it fixed somehow... Pls tell me if you know how to fix this Q_Q i've been dealing with it for 4 years now... Starting to get frustrating seeing a naked character... or a undyed fashion set -.-
