why cant i earn zen

another thread i read said its the same requirments to buy. just need to hit 10. i can buy zen but clicking earn zen this pops up

    im wondering maybe do i need to buy zen before i can earn it? my roomate has no problem but he has been plaing forever. he has no idea he said probably cause i kust started and he said he thinks there is a 30 day waiting period for new accounts but isnt able to show any confirmation of what he says. if anyone can confirm r deny this at least id know i gotta wait 1 month or not so i can stop trying

    I've made an alt account and i can earn zen in about 2days after i made it. Here are things you need check.

    1. Did you vertify your email with PWI
    2.Have you played a lot of pwi. (IDK how much hrs)

    If these doesn't work then make a support ticket to pwi:

    1.Login at http://pwi.perfectworld.com
    2.go to http://support.perfectworld.com/
    3.click request support
    4. The rest is easy. b:pleased

    no you don't have to buy any zen to do this. I've never bought any zens and i still can do this.

    if you follow my steps above and go to the zen part then heres a video on how to earn zens. by me. I know it looks crappy lol.
