72 dollars for Rank 8?

Hi, I was browsing through forums a few months ago and I glimpsed upon a thread that claimed that rank 8 can be achieved with 72 dolllars. I can't seem to find that thread anymore. Can anyone tell me how that can be done? I'm not a hardcore cash shopper so rank 8 would be content for me. Thank you!

    Fuzzy suggests keeping an eye on the news page, especially every Tuesday night. This is where they announce the sales for the coming weeks.

    If Rank is what you are after you want to specifically keep watching for the next General Summers Sale. b:cute

    yea it seems they have the REP sale about once a month or so ... but i believe its has been a longer period of time between that specific sale before, so cant really say when the next one will be.
