o_0 you may want to first try Verifying, and while thats going, send a ticket here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ and they may tell you (you may hate this) to reinstall.

First you need to figure out what Graphic card you own. Once you do that its best to go to the company's website and look for the latest version of your card's driver. Then all you should do is update.

As for verify, you can do it through the launcher.

That is your operating system. You need to figure out what graphic card you are using.

    Click on "Start".

Within the "start" menu click on "Run". Run can typically be found on the right beneath "Search".

Once you have clicked on "Run" a small window will appear. Inside of the box in the small window type in "dxdiag". Be sure to type in dxdiag without using quotation marks. Once you have typed in "dxdiag" click on "OK".

The DirectX Diagnostic Tools window will open now. At the top of this window there will be quite a few tabs. Click on the "Display" tab.

Within the Display tab you will see information about your graphics card directly under "Device".

Please let us know what graphic card you are using so I can assist you in finding the latest version of its driver.

Follow the instructions in my previous post - it will be under "Device" and the name of your card will show in the line that says "Name:".

To help you and Shelly out...

Watch and follow this videos instructions:

It will help you figure out what graphics card you have so Shelly can help you.

If you are having trouble figuring out what exactly the author of the video is clicking on, make sure to pause the video where needed.

If updating your graphic card and verifying the game files through the launcher doesn't work either, your best solution is to reinstall the game. With that, good luck!

First try to update your card and verify without reinstalling. You don't have to reinstall the whole game to verify. If that doesn't work, you will most likely need to reinstall the game, update and verify again.

Please send in a ticket to Tech Support with the following information so we can try to figure this out for you. We need you to send us some of your computer's information.

    1) What is the make and model number of your computer?

    2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.

    3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.

    4) Attach the dxdiag.txt that you save to your reply to us.

If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file.

This is important so that we can do our best to help you.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
