New Faction Base Litter Doesn't Make Any Sense

This last update brought a lot of new content to the faction base in the form of garbage on the ground that can't be cleaned up.

Here are my thoughts on this great new feature:

    On the next upgrade maybe a water fueled Rumba will come thru the Chrono gate and into the boutique for all factions to buy.

    its for the "strange artist" quest line ..

    take the strange artist quest at the monolith, go to the training obelisk room and go to quest related and it will warp you inside to the artist where you will have to dig the base litter items ;) at least that is how I understand it, havent done it yet myself but someone in my faction wrote a piece about it on our forums today.
