Is the server down?

I'm on the Dreamweaver server and I can't log-in.. it say "Unable to connect to server"

    your not alone my friends sounds like this problem is on other server aswell....im on ragging and i cant connect...and no answer from anyone aswell

    yeah the only servers that are open now are new from europe

    I try to change server to see wich ones gives me a ping, but i got no answer.. --'
