Cannot connect to servers

I am unable to connect to the servers i checked the forums for the fixes but so far none of them worked i can get online but ever since last night ive been unable to connect to the servers, and yes i did try restarting my router and shutting my computer off and the obvious stuff like that but even after that nothing changes so i would like to know if there is any other way to fix this please let me know, and thanks in advance.

    Please see if any of the information below might help you...

    Add the game folder and/or game files (all .exe and .dll file types) to the exceptions list in your firewall or antivirus software.

    Example: C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International

    You also might need to temporarily disable your antivirus, MS Security Essentials or Windows Firewall long enough to download, install, patch and login to get into the game, and then turn it back on. Sometimes disabling may not help and you will need to add an exception for the game folder.

    It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin (such as running the game as Administrator), UAC, network, or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking or throttling the game.

    You can also try changing your proxy settings for Internet Explorer 8, to have them turned off here: Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > and then untick all of the proxy settings.

    If you still need additional help, please Search our Knowledge Base for the terms mentioned above. Let us know what you tried and what errors you got when you reply to us in a ticket to Tech Support.

    atm I cannot start game too. For some reason game cannot connect to server. And yes, my internet connection is stable and etc. Windows, firewall, antivirus havent made any updates for 3days or more, but I cannot to server, so I dont think some files may be changed or blocked during this time.

    I just started having this issue an hour or so ago - was afk for a while and (I'm assuming) automatically dc'ed. When I tried to log back in, nada. Server status consistently says my server (Heaven's Tear) is online.

    Before this, I hadn't had any issues - I'd been playing for last 4-5 hours, maybe?

    I am also haveing the same problem i got kicked off the server and cant connect to game ( lost city server )

    Having problems at the server DreamWeaver. :(

    2 hours, no connection to server. Firewalls, exceptions and computer restarted still no connection. common i NEEDb:thanksmy fix"b:faint

    It wont let me log on either :( I don't know what the problem is. I get this logout timeout thing, and it stops at 20 seconds and says "Cannot connect to server" or something like that. Whaaat is this problem? Is it down for matenience?

    Im having the same exact problem i went afk for like 2 1/2 hours i went to log into my server Archosour and i type in my account info then i try to login and it says "Log-in timeout time 40 secs" and then it gets to like 30 something and says "unable to connect".
    ive read a couple of threads similar to this issue and i have no idea whats going on, i also looked if they were having any updates and there was nothing idk whats going on >c

    Can we all hope to ANY advice or expanation from Tech Support team or GM's for now? What is the working hours of Tech support team? As this is a global issue for all servers and no update info at all.

    hmmm but yeah. my server ragging tide is supposed to be online atm...but still i cannot have access to the game at all. Can we have any suuport here???b:shockedb:shocked

    Oh okay yeah they are having maintenance from 11pm-1am so could everyone not spam this thread any further asking what's going on with the servers, those who do not know about this will be greatful

    The servers are now up, if you can't connect then wait about 5 minutes.
