I am lvl 1 taylor. You have to be lvl2 taylor to make hard rim muslin.
Hard Rim Muslin is required to make all lvl 1 armor.
I have all the mats for making the hard rim muslin.
I have checked the starter city.

Where can I get hard rim muslin? I have checked the Botique....

I found the solution: Make lvl2 in starter city. No hard rim muslin required!!!!

    Look at what's required for crafting this for example:

    I suspect your mistake is that you're talking to the craft NPCs in arch, who all offer higher level crafting services than the ones in the starter cities.

    It needs to be crafted at Tailor also

    For crafting 1 Hard rim Muslin you need to be lvl 2 tailor
    2x silk thread
    2x purified oil
    2x coal
