PLZ help!

First of all - Hello, I hope I'm not breaking the law,
But I have a problem I can not solve myself.
I'm trying for hours to install the game,
I read every possible way to address the problem,
But I just can not.
I really really appreciate and be glad if any of you could help me.
Each time this problem occurs to me:

    Choose another patcher. There are 2 of them when you update the client.

    if it's not working at all you could also try to update manually
    http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download -> patch 515-537
    once it's downloaded you click on Manual and select that CUP file to update the game

    Um, thanks for answering (: But I've already tried the two patces and it did not matter at all.
    I'll try the manual! Thanks so much!

    EDITE: it didnt work :(

    Fuzzy wonders if you have attempted to verify the downloaded files?

    Ummm .. I did everything you said and I could not : (
    I downloaded the Patch and it did not work.
    I'm a little perplexed, not knowing how to fix it : (
    I installed the Patch & then:

    7710794.png
    36113236.png

    then > AUTO > then - NOT WORKING b:cry

    This same thing happened to me, and I couldn't do anything to fix it. I just didn't do anything for a couple of months and tried again and it worked, so I don't know how long your willing to wait but that's all I know that could fix it.
