Cannot fill my flask

Hello,
I'm having a hard time filling my flask with water at the Sea of Isolation as part of the "Wine Recipe" quest for the Old Unicorn Forest quests. I've been in, above, and all around the Sea and cannot fill my flask

Does anyone know the specific coordinates that will trigger my quest log?

have the co-ords changed for this ... i looked it up because i have this very same problem cant fill the flask and its not at the location listed in swannx reply dated 26th sep 2010 - now nearly a year later im presuming they moved the trigger spot can anyone help with where is spot to fill my flask

I remember when I did this quest, I just walked into the waters northwest bank of the sea of Isolation.

You can be anywhere in the Sea of Isolation, you just right click on the flask in you inventory.
