I Can't log on my main account and I can't recover my password!

Heyy guys I have a problem when ever I try to log on my main account it just says "Incorrect account name or password" but I know the account name ins't wrong because I use that for most things and I know the password isn't wrong because I it's something I can always remember

Now I can't recover my password OR username because MSN deleted the email address I used for it and support won't change it to my main email address, I have tried remaking the email but it wont receive the it emails even after I add all the Perfect World emails to safe sender

Before anyone asks, no I have't given the username or password to anyone and no one knows it

    im having the same problem

    i was booted from my account yesterday and when i try to log in it says wrong user name or password. but when i go on website i can log in with the accounts info

    I can't log on the website either though so the password must of been changed

    i think your account was **** and mine was banned

    but i havent got an email in either of my email adresses

    so i want a GM to tell me whats going on

    You logged in to the forums right? Have you opened a ticket with Customer Support yet, explaining your issue?

    ya well im fed up with this bull**** all u GMs ever do is say submit a ticket u dont do **** all your selves im paying player

    if u banned me thats same as stealing my ****ing money, and youll regret it

    Just Submit a Ticket if you have no email in regards to a ban.

    Also, if you have charged, you have freely GIVEN them your money.

    Threats will not work and if pointless in trying to correct your issue.

    Oh and if banned, there has to be a reason, ergo your threat is even MORE pointless.

    No this is my alt I'm using I can't log on anything with my main account and yes I have but they didn't understand that my email has been deleted so I decided to post a thread

    I am having this same issue. I made the account back in Nov 2010, but am just now using it. I know my username ^ pass, because I can log into the website. I just cannot log into the game :(

    sadly this game has gone downhill since i started to play back in 2008, however i believe that if you deleted your email account then submitting a ticket would be pointless because I could **** some one's account and say that my email was deleted and gethe password changed...so your probly screwed. and the GMs do a wonderful job the only problem i have with the game is that there isn't a cap on the market

    The way i see it:
    They obviously don't give a **** weather we loose our money or accounts, as long as they're getting paid and getting the job done. We as players see that a job not well done, in fact a mediocre job.
    How about you spare us your time and talk to us about the problem. Don't make us make a ticket when we cant log on into costumer support nor anywhere else.

    Hi My Account's Was **** also my email addres's to
    so i haved time to submit ticket but now cant do nothing becasue my email adres pasword was changed also in game account pasword was changed I need help

    Account **** is Jummy ans poola Lost city
    So i made fast a new char and i try to talk with a hacker who was on with Jummy
    I NEED HELP GM PLS HELP
