Remember, it's not just about the fact that we'd have to take down the servers, but also because applying a new patch right now might cause major problems when the new servers are brought up next Tuesday night.

If the issue were as simple as having a maintenance, then we would have just had maintenance.

Check your email. If nothing's in there, please submit a ticket , as it's likely an account issue.

Why do people still play this game when it seems every GM and Dev have their mindset like this? Besides, I think we all know why you want the European servers in the first place. People will race to highest level, thus giving you more money. Has you company ever think even ONCE about something for the community instead of the income? But no, instead of fixing the problem, or even looking in your own game, just make an emergency Maintenance for some packs and assume that every person involved sent a ticket.

I don't even PLAY this game for reasons like this.

i submitted a ticket I was told you were working on it.. I declined the solution since that is not a solution and asked if you could be more definitive.. The response was within the next few maintenance patches which then was followed by an announcement a few hours later that there would be no maintenance... I declined the solution. I asked if, since this was going to affect my game play for yet another few weeks, if you could just change my name you said no name changes were possible for fixing this problem.

This is why people don't submit tickets. When you submit a ticket and get an automated response saying we have received your ticket we will get back to you, we feel acknowledged. When you come back and respond with "we are working on it" how should we feel. A solution in a couple of weeks which is the answer you have given me 3 times now is not a solution... Its no better than an automated response.

You want to know how many people are really affected? Run a system message every 2-3 hours asking affected players to submit a ticket.. See how many respond then. Most people are just dealing with it because others who have responses have passed along your """""soultion""""". Yes it will be annoying but no worse than seeing the duke yell that yet another person has "won a brand new car".. ("game show humor" - for the first person to ask how I got to 102 without knowing that you can't win a car in game)

That's a bit harsh.. PWE cares... They care about the money lining their pockets, and the slight... SLIGHT inclination that they make more on opening new servers. What the greedy ignoramuses fail to realize is... we, for the most part, are their advertising. If we're unhappy with how this ship is being ran, we'll walk the plank, and nobody will advertise your game, via word of mouth or facebook. Thus negating your precious EU servers. Head. Out of sphincter. Try it, Frankie. If we don't tell what friends we may or may not have from the EU timezones about the game... how will you line your greedy pockets with their euros?

i have to say, in 2 minutes of thinking i thought up a perfect solution, POSTPONE THE LAUNCH OF THE EU SERVERS TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND WORK ON W/E PROBLEMS MAY OCCUR WITH THE EU SERVER (if any derive from the filter fix in the first place, still don't see how that will effect the server from even going live but hey, pwi is OBVIOUSLY -smarter- than the rest of us /sarcasm)

we get the filter fix, you get your eu servers, admittedly, later than expected but they are still there. who will complain? its a win win. but then again, pwi staff has their heads so far up their asses it'll probably take them 3 years to have thought of that solution. hell to be honest, i wouldn't be surprised at all if pwi never fixes the filter issue, just like rubber banding.
