Will -chan. increase Vortex rate of attack.

I've tested sage vortex in HH, using both -chan gear and normal gear, but haven't seen much of a difference. I'm leaning towards a "No, it doens't," but I figured I'd make a post and see if anyone has had the liberty to thoroughly test this out.

You'd figured B.A+Vortex would answer this question but I'm skeptical I guess.b:shocked

    No. the only thing it affects it the initial channeling, after its 1.5sec intervals. Its the same as dragon's breath.

    You only channel the first vortex and after that you have repeated casting. -channeling doesn't affect cast times so the answer is no.

    BUT! if we use -int gears... like lionheart/ashura bonus, energetic robe, nirvana legs, etc... may the vortex spin faster? i mean, spins faster = more damage... i guess it doesn't work, but im curious nowb:surrender

    No it won't. -int only affect normal attacks.

    People need to realize that NOTHING is going to speed up Vortex. It hits every 1.5 seconds and will always hit every 1.5 seconds. I will never understand why people are so obsessed with speeding up our zhen skill, which is already the fastest one in game atm.
