Problems problems problems ... =\

Ok, so, where to even start. Problems, problems, problems -- what else seems new in the land of Pangu =\

Ok, first problem -- These very forums: I can view, post etc... provided I am using the DREADED blue e (internet explorer); and I cannot even view the forums if using my native FF (FireFox)... Also seems I'm not the only one (same thing is happening to a couple friends) -- so.,.,., Maybe sometime soon I can look forward to this being fixed ???

Another problem -- which seems to be another problem with PWE not making their website cross browser friendly -- albeit backwards -- I have a friend that CANNOT seem to purchase zen, using prepaid cards at least, using INTERNET EXPLORER, but CAN input their prepaid card number - and transfer their zen properly (to their 'wallet') provided they are doing it from FIREFOX oO

I also remember the Jones Blessing at, at least one time, working from one browser and then not the other -- and then even switching "which one it liked"... Now, if I am not mistaken, the Jones Blessing actually works from IE or FF :x

So the first problem and inquiry is -- when will you guys make your entire website cross browser friendly PWE ??? !!! ???

Second thing that urkes me... The in game music (not sound effects) MUSIC, has been BROKEN for quite some time now. Luckily I have managed to fix it on my own, no thanks to being an I.T. geek, but PWE BROKE it, why don't they fix it -- surely they cannot expect every user/player to figure out how to fix this on their own. They broke it (The music) -- they should fix it

Next on my hit list (thirdly) -- I have never been a big fan of the censorship, within chat, within the game. I also understand that there may be 'minors' playing this game (with a minimum COPPA age of 13 to create an account), but for the most part, everyone I have met and play with are full legal adults, by the legalities of any jurisdiction world wide! I have always thought, if anything, there should be an option to disable the "word filter" for us adults (or just get rid of it all together). Well, now it has apparently gotten worse, and by far a LOT more strict...

It's pretty ****ing sad, to attempt a conversation about Japan, only to see ***an in the ****ing chat box b:angry

PWE -- GET RID OF THE ****ING CENSORSHIP

My next complaint (4th) stems back to the PWE website (for PW)...

Once upon a time, I'm sure some people had a dream, to be on the 'top players list' or better known as the "RANKINGS" section... Well, so much for that now, I see the list is OVERPOPULATED with 105's -- MOST OF WHICH being GM's... (Out of the 7 'pages' {of all servers} in the RANKINGS section, SIX (6) pages are almost ALL 105's/GMs)

I do NOT think GMs (even if 105) should be on this list, it's not fair to the customers players who may actually desire to be on this list. so... PWE PLEASE -- FIX the "RANKINGS" section to not include GM characters:

I don't care how you do it -- make GMs 'exempt' or just don't have your GM characters anything but little level 1's (not like you even need anything higher than level 1 -- I've seen your GM capes, and weaps b:shutup) -- just PLEASE FIX IT






For the most part, I have come to realize and understand how PWE and Perfect World., Beijing work. I realize and fully understand that many of the things I am discontent with are not even within the "power" of PWE to do ANYTHING about... (ie... APS--) However, these are all things that you can fix PWE. Most of my concerns here are web related. Perhaps you should consider expanding your web development team -- or whatever it takes to fix these web related issues!

I'm also pretty sure (logically) that you have full 'reign' over the censorship. Seeing as it wouldn't really make sence for people in China to maintain an English word censor!!! So, either remove it, (people always 'bypass' it anyway {& OMG it's SO annoying when people say 'b i s h' since ofc ***** is cesnored}), or at least "loosen it up a little bit" -- like I said earlier, one cannot even talk about their trip to ***an (So, I just got back from ***an) when indeed all they're trying to say is Japan b:angry

One last thing -- DON'T get me started on your tech support department! In my opinion they should all be fired and PWE should start with a fresh tech support dept. -- OMG! I wouldn't be surprised if tech support would attempt to blame these 'cross browser issues' on my end, or me alone. Hell, they've attempted to blame ME for 'rubber banding', when I know for a fact it was something changed server side (Which by the way, has gotten better over time, so, I also know for a fact, something was yet again changed on the server side)...
