Okay, I'm almost 89 now, and i have the ironheart demon skill book already
But i have a question about the effect: "recovers 300 MP over 15 seconds."
Does the effect stack-able? Like the healing?
Cause if it's not stack-able what's the point of getting them?20mp/sec, that's just too slow!
Anyone have the skill and know the answer?

Just in case you're thinking 'zomg! I can get my MP back for free!'. The effect doesn't work that way.

Demon IH cost 400 mp per cast, so you're be losing 100 mp per cast if you spam IH on yourself.

The mp regen bonus is aimed mainly to keep your tank/squadmates with their mp bars filled, more than to help you get mp back.
Sliding we go, only fear on our side. To the edge of the wire and we rush with the tide.
Although I'm still alive, pray to God I survive
How long on this longest day, 'til we finally make it through.

There are some cool things you can do with stackable MP recovery for Sage. I put s.Spirit's Gift a couple times in a macro with s.Vanguard Spirit, and s.Ironheart and ran it on my Sin (alt box) while it tanked Wurlord. It worked like BB but at no MP / charm cost (unfortunately pw is full of aggro stealers now).

I know that, but that's pretty nice that you don't really need to spend a lot of mana when you heal urself. Like if you're getting chi, it wouldn't cost a lot of chi!

celestial guardian's seal give MP to TARGET, not like Sage Spirit's Gift, which only gives MP to caster. So it will be a bit complicated to self MP heal since you have to select yourself as target, then change target again to the tank, can't be put in macro.

I assumed sage clerics would be used to this given magic shell.

    ...but you're addressing Demon Clerics?

Meant to use "but" instead of "I assumed" (it was late), but yeah, this is something that sage clerics have to face as well given magic shell is also a "target" spell and can't lazily be thrown into macro's. Having been both sage and demon, never used macros anyways except for the hour buffs.

Yeh I agree you shouldn't be lazy when you're the cleric. But if you're dual-logging, it's easier to put the cleric on a macro than having to attend to both the tank and cleric. This was the main point that this discussion stemmed from, the OP of this point was saying that he/she used a sage cleric on macro to heal his/her sin.

...Having said that, there's always a spark macro for aps sins, so either goes really. b:chuckle

And why is that complicated? ... It's like, I can heal myself when I have low HP, then continue healing the tank (or whoever has aggro) after it. There is nothing complicated about selecting myself. o_o

I think he/she is referring to having a cleric on a healing macro.

Pretty sure that word up there shows that was not what they were assuming. And anyway, different lvl 11 buffs that clerics have allow them to do it.

300 to me and 300 to you OR 600 to me. Holding the key down casting the IH back to back, my mp go down 1k and it stays that way until I stop. Pretty nice to get chi for free.

Keep in mind that mp regen is 1/2 during battle. And I'm pretty sure it affect the regen mp rate also. I did no calculation but base on observation I do feel the regen is cut in 1/2. For example when I'm under no combat situation the mp regeneration can keep steady. But when I do the same trick in the cube stand room, the mps slowly goes down.
