Tips for Begginers

These are just a few tips for new players that I hope might help.

Always pick up money and items to sell after you kill something. I always stop to pick up money and items left lying around by lazy players. You can never have enough money so always pick up what is lying around.

I usually run to each town and not teleport. This way I can collect materials as I travel as you will need materials. I always stop and collect herbs...wood..iron...EVERTHING.

To me herbs are very important and make good potions. ALWAYS collect nectar as it is used in making a potion that increases HP recovery dramatically...not sure of the name but the last one in the manufacture list...white star looking thing. It lasts for 10 minutes and before a long quest to kill equal level monsters I use this first....makes it so much easier when your HP is recovering almost as quickly as you are injured.

I try to find a spot where there are many herbs or other materials as well as the monsters I need to kill. When I need to meditate to get HP and mana back I collect materials instead...saves sitting around doing nothing.

If you get a quest to kill a type of monster then take the Solo quest too that way you do two quests in one. The solo quests give you stones and reputation....I try and do them all.

Good advice. :3 I learned that last one in particular somewhat by chance and got a very pleasant surprise (I had a suspicion that it wouldn't work, glad to know I was wrong!)

yea i dunno about traveling to every town on foot i do it to only if its not more then 2 minute by walking. but sometime its just better to tele and get items from monster which coul dbe very valuable. and i rather go to certain location to get the items or i would buy pig iron at like3k or less and leave my account on for day selling em at 5k and by the end of the day u can make a mil if u got enough mone to spare on the pig iron.

I am still relatively new...I have 3 characters around level 19...nearly 20 and I just thought this might be good advice for new players.

Get a heads up on future quests and save the amount of drops you need.I had to recollect the drops, seeing as i sold some that i had obtained but didn't know i would need.Refarming however is ok for XP.(and if you know what drops your quest item sometimes that mob is in an 1 man army quest)

Quests = XP,but more importantly SP.The more SP you have the more class skills you can have.))))))

Hello. I am Szaellapollo, the Sage of the Threads. I have not been playing the game itself long by any measure of time, but have been visiting the PW threads for the better part of the last 6 months. As such, I have amassed a large body of strange information about the various aspects of PW. I have strated a thread as szael, with no picture to indicate my identity, to my regret. In any case, if you feel like talking, just stop by my thread. I'll answer questions about anything, given enough time, and will have an answer within a week.

I am the Sage of the Threads, and I bow to you.b:thanks
