    Why on the main site the server's status is "all online"? And it says that the information is updated every 5 minutes. Can we get a fix on that ? I would appreciate if i could check the site to know if i can log in and not run the game and to find out.

    I think this proves it truly is a ISP problem. Because server status check might be on the inside and seeing it as up and well. Can you make it so that the status check is done from the outside ? Route it out or something, make the ping pathway leave the local network.
