server down ?

Are the servers down if so why is it not stated on the forum.
At least Raging Tides server seem to be down .

    Ive been checking raging tides server every 30minutes for 4 hrs now -__- and theres no explanation to why or how this occured. Now im trying to be patient here but for people who dont get to play often this could lead to losing alot of customers please explain A.s.a.p Plz n ty

    Ok if u dont relise already servers are down cos pwi hard drives crashed there is no real explination for this it cos overheating or manybe burned out. Takes around 2-3 hrs maybe more depends on the drive that has blown. Im sure pwi will compensate everyone for this as there Truely sorry for what has happened. Just be paitent im sure there fixing this problem as we speak. And only 3 servers are down so have a coffee and watch a movie do something creative or go back bed it will be back on when they Fix this problem. GL guys have an awsome day

    where the hell did you get your info because i just woke up and yesterday there was no zen sale today there is this seems more like they brought servers down to update to make som profit and are taking way to ****ing long or you are right and there is a explanation.. before you post like a smartass have links to back your **** up

    I'm quite surprised that the servers are down for this long but im more surprised there has been no GM post(that i have been able to find) about this issue... But who knows i may have missed something, Hopefully we will get back up soon and not be left without something to make up for this. xD I just hope there's no serious damage to the players like myself ^^ though I expect there wont be.

    Has someone noticed that only the US east servers are down ? And the west ones are OK ? By the way, what was that announced yesterday about a bloody event and "Let's see who's the last one standing" because all over the map guilds were gathering in numbers. Any way good luck with the fixing and please can some official post something concrete ?

    im not somone that comes to the forum when i can play the game but when i cant im here trollin and you sir just bought them some time before i go ape **** on these forums because i am ****ing addicted and if i dont get my pixils im gonna get real mad real soon....
