So ty very much PWI, now Wings of Protection, or wop as most people call it, is offensive... heaven forbid someone might want the buff.

Seriously, in what language is wop offensive and has to be blocked? Of all the stupid censors you have put up, you have managed to ban asking for cleric skills and even censored YOUR OWN BOSSES!!! Apparently PWI's mind is far dirtier than the average player b:chuckle

    They should just put the letters 'e' and 'i' into the censor. Problem solved.

    The ingame chat feature was pretty awful to begin with... Now they're just making it totally unusable.

    BB actually stands for Blue Bubble, xD. Bubble is a common name for skills that protect you, as Archer/Cleric shield or the 79 Skill of Clerics. As the Skill does show a cleric inside a giant bubble, which partially also protects people, the word bubble now also is used for buffing channel skills. Therefore it is also called Red Bubble, even though it isn't really a bubble, but a circle on the ground.

    red bubble actually makes a giant red ball around you while starting the spell.

    True. Looks same as Blue Bubble in red. But it's just the channeling, the skill itself afterwards is not a bubble anymore.

    Yeah, wop is a leftover term for Italian. Much like the Italians called Irish people micks. Both terms are derogatory and considered insults.

    Normally I would wonder why in the hell wop would get censored, but then again, the word Japan is censored too so....

    your grandmother's english. it was a racial slur at some point, but so long ago that i'm not entirely certain which ethnic group it was meant to insult --- and i'm 38 years old.

    lol suckish never noticed since i just say wings instead of wop but plp that do say wop all the time sure find it annoying i guess xD

    That's funny cause in Spanish, guapo is a handsome man... and since both Italian and Spanish come from Latin, I wonder how the almost same word changed so much in meaning

    Actually it mean With Out Papers. As my grandfather did come from Italy without papers.

    I will be one to agree that censorship has maybe went a notch too far.

    Japan ? Really ? WoP ?... geez..

    I do have a few words in mind that aren't even banned and are much worse then that, won't give a list here though.

    I'll keep that ban hammer away from me..
    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

    after reading this one i just had to point out that with the new censor grasshopper now shows up as gr********* when it used to be completely *'s and i found that one when i started a couple of years ago =)

    Its a racial slur for italians. Although i do agree they need to figure out there censors.

    aaaa the annal quest things , is that what u mean? I feel insulted everytime i see that ****. and surely wont let my sister play to see it, but theese scumbs keep it there like anyone is using it and are censoring Japan.

    I don't think the meaning is that much changed. After all isn't a handsome man also more cocky and brave in some cases?
