PWI, i don't get the point of the language filter update, Maybe you get complaints from little kids about words like that are inappropriate, (drugs, eat me, bite me etc the new list is huge) but instead of taking every word out of the game, either make the language filter optional, or tell people to grow up and deal with it, because i'm pretty sure most of the people would agree this update is dumb. Also their are a lot more greater problems to deal with then taking out words that are absolutely harmless to the player base, if you ask like what, i'm pretty sure their are tons of threads on it.

This might have been better in a different section, but no one reads those so its here.

    The language filter is a dumb instrument with a ridiculously broad range.

    It's programmed by lazy people who simply don't even look at what happens to normal speech when it's in operation.

    I was telling my Fac about a local shellfish delicacy:

    Cockles with Shiitake mushrooms.

    You can imagine what the filter did to that b:chuckle

    Frankie responded to the "Censorship Petition" thread, saying that the filter is going to be revised heavily, and that they are looking into why such a strict filter was introduced in the first place. Please use the "Search" option in the future. Closed.
