Question about Manufacture skill quests

when I wanted to get level 4 for my manufacture skills, first I manufactured many things until I got 100% of experience in the current manufacture skill level (level 3 in this case), for after take the level 4 manufacture skill quests and realize that I needed some two start items to complete the quests. I had manufactured some of these items while I was making manufacture experience, but I had already descomposed them. So I had to continue manufacturing until I got these 2 stars items.

I dont want to this will happen to me again now, when I ve decided get level 5 in all my manufacture skills.

So I want to know before start to make experience for the level 4 manufacture skills; what are the 2 stars items that I will need in order to complete the level 5 manufacture skill quests for Blacksmith, Tailor and Craftsman. And I want to know the same for 6 and higher levels of manufacture skills.

I would like to know too, if exists a level 6 apothecary skill, and if it exists, where you can manufacture level 6 apothecary stuff.
