    so...ik this might be a dumb question but......does aps increase the amount of times vortex hits per tick xD?

      No it does not. APS only affects normal attacks

      curses, it woulda been soo kickass if you could 3.33 aps with vortex with bp D:, bosses would be a cinch....

      lol if anything the last thing u want is a faster vortex. its already hard to maintain one at its normal speed. if it got any faster wed be screwed
