What skills did you level the most due to how much they were used. Mine are as follows:

Slipstream Strike 10

Rib Strike 10

Tackling Slash 10

Puncture Wound 10

Shadow Walk 9

Shadow Escape 7

Knife Throw 7

Deep Sting 5

Wolf Emblem 5

Focused Mind 5

Shadow Jump 5

Earthen Rift 3

Rising Dragon Strike 2

Chill of the Deep 2

Throat Cut 2

Head Hunt 2(This is my main focus now)

Sub Sea Strike 1



That's pretty much where I am. I use Rib Strike, Puncture Wound and Head Hunt mostly. Where I'll go from there I have no clue. Ok back to gaming. Your turn. b:victory

    Do you do PVE only or mostly PVP?

    I do only PVE and have never used headhunt and rarely use puncture wound. I often pull with knife throw and use wolf emblem quite a bit.

    Head hunt for me is awsome. I do a bit of both. I don't PK. Probably never will. Just use the stun to hold them in place while punture wound tick away. I will max all skills eventually. Just trying to figure out the most important. Think I've got a good start. I don't use wold emblem that much when I first started but use it quite a bit now.

    I would suggest maxing rift and sub sea and CoD. For FC to max ur damage since we only get 2 aoes but good at that if u max.

    Dagger devotion lvl9, gonna max this soon.

    Catlike Tread lvl6

    Sharp observer lvl6.

    I recommend for Octarius to lvl Subsea and Rift and Dagger devotion due it will be of use either in FCC or Instances, good luck! :)

    I must not be everyone then. I outgrew these skills before I could max them.
    My SSS is level 8 and my Puncture is level 9.
    SSS I don't use but for fun when killing noob mobs, and Puncture hasn't been on my skillbar in nearly a year.

    Basically said all skills that are level one are there because of the spirit/coin cost to level them. Anything below 10 is there because I looked at it and said "wtf is this doing this high?", and may eventually put to lvl 10 if I find the demon versions of the skills.

    I maxed out rib strike and dagger devotion first. From there I did focused mind, knife throw, tackling slash (helps a lot with kiting mobs early on), shadow walk/escape, and shadow tele.

    i also leveled up both aoe's as high as i could for their level before FC, since they're the sin's only aoe's, so having them at a high level was a priority of mine. so i maxed those next.

    then after 89 i maxed out inner harmony for the extra chi

    from there everything else just came as i got the coin and spirit. right now I'm sitting on all demon skills except shadow tele, shadow walk, and powerdash.

    just made headhunt today (22 pages of fate from CoA tonight :D (love x2 drops during CoA))

    Dagger Devotion, Focused Mind, Wolf Emblem, Ribstrike (really only if you solo. In squads, things die way to fast to really make this that useful).

    Yeah dagger dev is maxed. Rib strike is 8 though. Working on CotD, Sub Sea striken and Earthen Rift. I don't pvp much so not worried right now as my stealth level and detection both are 101. So I'm ok there. I freaking hate shadow teleport in instances. =( Never seems to work half the time. Feel I've waisted my spirit. SSS is maxed. Tackling slash is still 8. What about deaden nerves. I look at level 2 and don't really see anything different. Maybe someone could explain that to me. And power dash I havn't got or tidal protection.

    Same here. I only use it when I duel occasionally. Mine's still at level 1 and probably will stay that way forever now.

    The difference is cooldown; level 1 has almost a 5 minute cooldown, while level 10 has only 3 minutes.

    I don't have Powerdash either and may never get it. It seems primarily a PvP skill.
    Tidal Protection though...trust me, get it! I neglected it for so long, only now getting it about 2 weeks ago. Man I felt as stupid as I did when I finally maxxed Wolf Emblem and Focused Mind and started using them. It is GODLY and a must for FCC.

    For Demon skills, I learned Rib Strike first, followed by Dagger Devotion. From there I did Wolf Emblem, Focused Mind, Shadow Escape, and Knife Throw. Those are the primary ones you'd want to level first.

    After those, I got Rising Dragon Strike next. It helps in getting extra chi because of the shorter cooldown.

    After that, the rest of the skills just come and go as I get them. I got the demon versions of the skills that you can get for relatively cheap, such as ones in the Mystical Librarian Book Clip, or ones from the PW Agent. If you PvP often, you might want to get Slipstream Strike, Throatcut, and Tackling Slash in demon.

    If you have the extra money/alts, you can get Pages of Fate, and make the "cube skills", or skills that can only be obtained from a book made by PoF. These are quite expensive compared to the ones mentioned above, but are quite worth it. The main cube skills you'd want is Subsea Strike, Tidal Protection, Inner Harmony, HeadHunt, and Shadow Tele. The other cube skill is Powerdash, which isn't very useful at all for demons (Demon version just immobilizes the target for 3 seconds).

    The cube skills should be your last priority, mainly because the amount of coin each attempt costs could be used to better gear yourself. Sure you could use your 90+ alts and sin to get pages to collect and eventually make a book to attempt, but you could also sell those pages and use that coin to get better gear/refine/shards.

    So far I've gotten all demon skills except for Powerdash, Puncture Wound, Raving Slash, Shadow Walk, and Shadow Tele. All of my cube skills came from attempts. I did roughly 9 or so attempts, getting 3 Tidal Protections (used 1 sold other 2 for 3m profit a piece to factionmates), 1 Headhunt (used), 1 Subsea Strike (used), 1 Inner Harmony (used), and 3 Earthen Rifts (sold each one with a 9-10m deficit each).

    If I remember correctly, 4 of the skills you can get from a cube book attempt can be obtained from other ways, such as the Mystical Librarian or PW Agent. So those books have a much lesser value, so you'll lose a lot of coin attempting sometimes.

    Pages of Fate on my server run for 450-500k each, so each attempt nowadays cost around 14-15m. So it can get really expensive. b:surrender
