Problem with Trophy Mode

Ok, my friend invited me to a free TM run and i joined, they told me that i have to have more than 5 slots open (i had 11 open) and less than 15 quests (i had 6). We had help from a 103 wizzie and 101 mystic, we did it 3 times, all 3 times we got the silver medal.

I read on the WGTM guide that it has to be under 1000 secs and score had to be over 10k
All runs were good, over 10k under 1k secs, everyone had enough slots and under 15 quests. Now tell me why arent we getting the gold medals?

Oh and 1 of the ppl who made the squad (lvl 72) he cant get rid of the trophy mode token u get from entering WGTM
