Is it just me or the tideborn quest story seriously sucks, I mean Come ON, Goshiki Dies???? I Vote that the story should be changed, whose with me b:victory

    Actually the story was perfect. No one would care or even remember that quest if he didn't die. People actually cared enough about Goshiki and were sad when he died.

    Whats his face deserved to die, seriously he took a few Lotr lines, replaced "men of the west" with "tideborn" and tried to inspire his warriors with that? Ya no, 10$ says a TB officer with some degree of taste finned him in the back.

    What's to feel sad about?

    Goshiki is just another example of a bad Sin who rushes off thinking 'I R INVINCIBLE!!!!!!', only to get stomped into the ground 1 minute later for biting off WAY more than he can chew. You see it all the time. =O

    Although... imagine the possibilities. Zombie Goshiki b:shocked

    Could be a whole new quest line, with the final boss being a Wesker-like Goshiki. That would be so freaking epic.

    Imagine you get a quest, where in you have to fight him as as WB, alongside a npc called dizzy, and you have to withstand 5APS, lolzb:chuckle

    Well, all stories do not end with a full happy end... And they should not.
    Even if I was sad with the outcome, I don't think that changing the storyline would be good.

    And wait... He is still there in our hearts... And since NPCs remain there (like Aged Deity and Ladywraith btw) what's this Goshiki's in Dreamweaver? Must be his ghost or then, he has been secretly been alive all along and is really pouting (that is why he does not speak)

    -Edit: If he had the resurrection buff from the Earthguards, maybe the outcome would be different. Why did they arrive just now? Man, what a bother. Oh and... I guess he could have hired a cleric for 'rez plzzzzzzzz' (off-topic: It's a way of asking that bothers me to no end. I'd go for 'resurrection denied' in that precise case, buahaha-)

    Dizzy: [Hero Name]! It's terrible! I just came back from a visit with [NPC Name] when we heard a crack and saw a bright green flash.     Fork it, Just send Dizzy and the Tideborn both in the dungeon. They're both dead and then leave and if Dizzy doesn't want to go kick her in anyway. She is annoying.

    I admit it was sad to read through the storyline and then see Goshiki die, but as others have posted before me, it wouldn't be as memorable if he had lived.

    One of the saddest quest stories I've come across was when I first started my cleric over 2 years ago. She was up to dreaming stronghold. Quest was about a blind elf's brother being killed and we weren't allowed to tell her until she got her sight back.

    I wonder how the NPC could embrace life after hearing the truth. Well, I guess she would work hard in remembrance of her brother (that or she would give up on life and all that quest, but also her long wait and intense hope would indeed have been for nothing).

    Lol i thought I was the only one that remembered he was called Super Trout before they changed it. Dizzy was Aurosy or something too.

    sorry but if you read her story she is a "cloth armor" wearing blademaster... and i think she has a magic sword... the name Dizzy really fits her don't ya think?
