I have tried to call in about something I've charged, Live chat, even a Ticket. The phone network is down, Live chat is down, and Tickets will take far to long to respond too.
The fact a number was give to call but every time I called no one answered is quite miss leading, I would accept a "Please hold one moment" or something of that sort. The live chat, not sure what's going on there... and the ticket system speaks for itself.
I want to cancel a large sum I charged due to a few issues that arrived after charging, Poor service and a few more reasons have been added to the list.
In no way am I raging, Trolling, or looking for any attention other than the billings attention.
So if you have anything moronic to say, please put a foot in your mouth.

Hopefully if you can move my thread around you can also talk to the billing department, Since they are unreachable for the people who actually pay them.0

If you were attempting to contact us via phone or livechat in the last 90 minutes or so, the reason you did not receive an answer is because the staff that field those help calls were not here due to lunch. If you were to call or attempt to use livechat at this time, you would receive someone and be able to get the help you need. Both of those options are only open during business hours and while we have staff on hand that deal specifically with those means of communication to our company.
