pwi wont run help!

so i just installed pwi and verified everything and i get a strange error message in some strange language..
now I herd so many times that i had to download a certain version of this directX thingy so heres my info

    We cannot see images from your computer directly o_o upload the pics to www.imageshack.us or something then link those here :) ~

    So in my last post I already explained that it wasn't starting after i installed and downloaded everything, I also verified it a few times and when I tried to start it I got a strange error message. I Herd that I had to update my directX BUT I dont know which one to get soo heres my info for my direct X

    i have found the answer to this. All you have to do is
    open your launcher and click verify.

    Im assuming there is a corrupted file somewhere. b:victory
