Insufficient Level for Fairy Box?

I got on my alt (62 BM) 6 Fairy Box and everytime i click it says Insufficient Level, when would i be able to get my mirage? b:cry

    you can open the boxes once you reach level 70.

    yes, this is really stupid; PWE screwed up once again.

    This box is ****, what a huge nerf for TT farmers, PWE seems obsessed with nerfing any kind of mirage farming. How about nerfing best token of luck so you cant trade two of them for 10M anymore? O yea they only nerf free fautures from the game so people can get them from the boutique, my bad.

    It's an awesome change for the casual farmers though.
    Believe it or not, but this change ballances the income between nonstop farmers and casual players (farmer's income is nurfed slightly, and casual player's get alot more mirages from TT)

    ^This. The only part where I agree that they messed up on this is at making the lvl requirement be 70 instead of 60 (I mean, you get quests in there starting from lvl 60 anyway), and that it doesn't say so anywhere on the boxes description.

    i perosnly love this update, you get a fariy boss for ea mirage u would have gotten before the change so unless u were able to farm over 36 mirages/day(or any multiple of 36 if u have another account) this is a great change, but ya the req lv should have been 60....
    full 3r9 +11/12 (still using immac shards though) w/o CSing, leveled to 105 spaming pv, yes i have no life =D
