Weird Crafting

Hello, not sure there isn't a post about this already but i couldn't find any.
So, my problem is i wanted to make around 100 lavender oils, these are the first potions you learn in alchemy. I'm level 2 and have a list big enough so lavender oil isn't visible form the top of the list. The bug is when i click on Create Max, it creates one oil, then for some reason goes on top of the list, masking the lavender oil potion then creates a second oil potion, and then stops since the potion isn't visible anymore. So now i have to create them 2 by 2. I mean this crafting system is pretty stupid, can't you make it work properly so that people don't have to make potions by bits?

Edit : i fount out why it did that, apparently i was still getting experience points for making Lavender Oil potions. That still is pretty stupid. Can you deactivate that pausing whenever one get an experience point with a job?
Also, there's this quest i got from Luila the Alchemist Tutor : she asks for a "Wild Rose", but what i had to get to her is a "Red Rose" made with 50 "Wild Rose". Would be good to have correct item names for those that actually read quest informations.
