Cannot Log In.

So roughly starting 45 minutes ago, I got dc'd and cannot access my characters. I am able to log onto my account, however, my character screen is blank. Reset and rebooted everything in my household. I heard others have this issue right now as well.

What's going on PWE? I have TW to get to..

    O.o Sounds like you might be trying to log on to the wrong server. Make sure HT is selected.

    Sounds like an Internet back-bone break somewhere, not PWE's fault (probably not anyway).

    I also got dc'd and after pulling the client back up and logging into my account I went afk for a few mins and came back to my toons but when I try to log in I get stuck on the black screen with the Message box "logging into perfect world..." but I never actually log in. If anyone has any help I would appreciate it :D

    It was slow for the last week. Now today, I am unable to log in. I'm on sanctuary. When I log in it just hangs right before being able to see my characters. Its been like this for half a day. I looked when clicking "choose server" my ping is 42ms. I also ping the www.perfectworld.com and came back similar response time. So is it down for everyone or just some people.

    1) also did "verify" game
    2) check when logging to another server (works - lost city)

    so is it only people on sanctuary?

    I finally got in but i'm walking around an empty archo... b:surrender something is not loading right b:sad

    yeah and good luck talking to anyone it takes 4 or 5 minutes to see what you said and them reply if it hasnt rolled off the screen by the time it shows up.
    this sucks, i had Tw on one of my alts and wanted to get some farming done this evening b:sad
