A week or so ago i put 30.00 dollors in to get zen, my transaction was cancled and it was never put back in my bank account. So either put it back or give me my zen pls

    If your payment was refunded and you have not received the money back in your account after 5-7 business days, please contact the payment processor that you used to make the payment to find out more about your transaction. Refunds aren't instant and take time to process, so you may find out that you need to wait a few more days.
