Help with my purchase, please?

Hello
I just paid my first purchase of ZEN. I used boleto bancario. I am aware that this type of purchase (boleto bancario) takes a lot of time to deliver the ZEN, but there is absolutely no record in my "purchage History", is this normal? I thought there should be a record of my purchase with the status "reviewing". What should I do if something is wrong?

    Any cash payment process does not show up in your billing history until our systems receive the payment. Unfortunately, since this process can take a few days, there is no record of your payment with our systems until the payment process is completed. To track your payment, you will have to contact the payment processor (in this case, boleto bancario) directly and ask about your transaction.

    Hey I paid with boleto bancario too. I'm Brazilian, and for buy $10 zen, I must to pay R$28,96. I paid that, but the bank issued only R$28,90. I wanna know if the R$0,06 is one problem. If i need to pay the difference. Please I need some help. Sorry about my bad english.
