Problems with Paymo

Hi, I just tried to purchase some zen via sms with paymo but I get an error message saying that the transaction failed.
I use a Fonic prepaid card (germany), there is more than enough money on it for the purchase, I've tried it a second time after waiting some time but nothing changed. Paymo says that you have to unlock premium sms or 3rd party services to use this method with some mobile phone companies, but fonic says that you don't have to unlock anything. Now I wonder what happens. Is somebody else having this problem? Maybe someone knows how to solve it...

    I have been trying for 3 days to purchase zen. I tried 2 $20.00 cards and 2 $10.00 everytime it was the same result .00 no of it worked. The first to cards came from rite ade the last 23 came from wal-mart. don know what to do. Please help

    @$WhiteAngle$ please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and re-entering the cards. If they still don't work, please send in a ticket with the card numbers and your account name.
