It appears that no one has pointed out yet that the higher the gold prices climb, it reflects on the pwi economy as an inflation on pretty much all boutique related items and high end gears from packs. When gold was 1 mil, Ocean orbs were like 20 mil each. Now with gold at 1.5 mil that's about 30 mil each orb. Much of our resources like perfect chi from tear of heaven and herbs for pots had also sky rocketed in price. So it's not really a win win situation for cash shoppers. You're not exactly making any more profits than you used to. But it is sad for players who are not CSer's and are not good at merchanting to keep up with the inflation.
The only people who actually benefits from this ingame inflation are the people of PWE.0 -

exactly. people get more coin by spending money, but prices are also higher, so it balances out. but pwe benefits from this because people don't realize they arent getting a better deal. i once thought "oo. gold is high. time to buy gold. because it'll be lower next week." maybe at one point, but not anymore. gold has does nothing but rise for the last months and it wont stop. not with best luck tokens injecting 10m into the game every minute.
though i feel sorry for the lower level people who this affects the most. as prices continue to climb, the nerfed DQ prices aren't getting any better. grinding used to be a way to make coin - clearly not anymore: the only way is to be some super merchant or spend cash. and if everyone was a super merchant..well, then no one would be. the profits would be divided amongst hundreds, and no one would make large profits. so not all of them would be able to survive like that . so basically the only thing left to survive in this game is to spend cash, or be a high level and be able to farm instances.. which goes back to how they made nirvy and TT harder and so to farm them effectively you need great gear - and the point of farming them is to make money. so to make money you need gear, but you need money to get gear, again leaving CS as the option most take[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

no one will be interested to be a newbie if he/she has to pay real gold for an item example a weapon of lvl 60 for 5mil for just a few days before they lvl up sooo fast b:laugh
Its happening on so many pw server elsewhere, and look at the size of the community. It became so bad , going into the game is a turn off0 -

actually this is a great Idea, I personally don't hate the vision of paying a monthly fee for PWI, under the circumstance that there would be no cashshop anymore and you can farm everything... guess, after all the farming I did, then I would prolly be god in this game muharrrr =PPP but to be serious again, this Idea is great, I would support it, paying $20 would be no prob a month and so we could finally ban all thos CS-No-Skill-Dunno-what-they're-doing-nubs from all servers =D But I guess Cashshop is more profitable then forming PWI to P2P...guess I heard something about an PW2 in Korea or something that is actually P2P...but not sure bout that^^[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

am not cashshoper neither am intrested to invest rl money in to game to get some pixel and to be able to show that am someone important which is case for most ppl who failed in RL and now think they can replace that here, lame
even if i would decide to pay montly fee than i would go play wow game where r no bugs.
gold went up and will go up and i dont care, they can charge 10 mil per 1 gold i wouldnt care, i dont need to have best items to be able to kill mobs in this game and whan they decide u can kill genoumius goul only with R9 gear than that will be day whan i find some beter game to play

Top 3 money making MMO game, well its all thanks to people who can afford charging alot of zhen to this game. Lets say they made a P2P game. They would for sure make alot less money and even when their making alot now they cant even fix the damn rubberbanding that is everywhere so what makes u think that they will take care of the game better when its p2p? come on lol... its PERFECT WORLD COMPANY we're talking about, and apparently u can never trust em.0 -
