PWE Aquires Cryptic

Grats guys you helped to finance PWE to buy Cryptic Studio. which is a subsideary of ATARI, hmm wonder what will happen to your toons now.

    ijs but Champions Online is pretty much the only game ive ever found with even half the character creation PWI has. If there is any knock on effect from this, I would expect it to be positive.

    That or PWE will knock out another PoS game and ignore PWI a little more.

    Since when is Cs'ing your way to 4 aps sin, 5 aps bm and the hell with the rest of the toons charecter creation? IJS

    Atari has sold off Cryptic Studios, the maker of online games such as Star Trek Online, to China's Perfect World. Perfect World is paying 35 million euros, or $49.8 million in cash.

    You are an idiot. Character creation doesnt matter what build or class you have. It's just what it says. CREATING A CHARACTER. ie. the options in making it what you want it to look like.


    Also, as someone said, there are more odds of positive effects coming from this.
