In response to those who claim the 7 Demonol/Purgatol documents are not worth getting, it really depends on your class and how rich a player you are.

Purgatorl Documents are for the 4 quests: Drake's Wit | Heart | Mind | Will
Demonol Documents are for the 4 quests: Tiger's Wit | Heart | Mind | Will

You can not get all four of those quests for one type of scroll, it is class dependent. I don't know much about what other classes can get, you can check it out on the pwi database. However, archers get Drake/Tiger's Heart and they both offer exceptionally good rewards for a non cash shopping average archer.

For example

Tiger's Heart offers:

☆Boots of Dark Portentworld (Grade 12)
Physical Defence +399
Magic defence +620
HP: +105
Dexterity +5~6
Reduce Physical damage taken +1%

Now compare that stat to the TT 99 LA boots

☆Ashura's Boots (Grade 12)
Physical Defence +413
Magic defence +640
HP: +80
Dexterity +9
Reduce Physical damage taken +1%

The difference is very small. TT99 boots cost over 25 mil worth of mats. The 7 documents might cost you from 3-6 mil (on Sanctuary server). I was able to collect all 7 within the past 4 weeks for under 3 mil total. If it's in the AH for around a mil, you can try and contact the owner to make a deal like I had done. IMO, it is very worth getting, this IS the cheap alternative for certain end game equipments. Of course, if you already own TT99 boots or the Snowflake Soles, then it's not.

For the archers who can't afford the Lunar Bow, they might want to consider collecting all 7 Purgatol Docs to do Drake's Will to get a bow with comparable physical attack to Lunar bow but without the speed and dispell effect for around 3 mil. Most people already know how much it cost for mats to make TT99 Armor, and the cost of a Lunar Weapon now a days? So if you can get something similar for a fraction of the cost, why not?

How do you do Drake and tigers wit ? nothing in the guides about it at all.

You get to choose your reward. It is not random.

I asked a BM friend to give me his quest reward. I had done the work of killing the bosses and getting the Azure Scrolls. I gave the scrolls to him, and he chose the helm for me.

This was within the past 2 months.

The helm is not bad; almost on par with Warsoul of Earth for HA classes or claw archers.


On the side discussion about worth, the prices for the docs vary greatly. They range from 300k to 1.5m from what I've seen, so it's possible to get the rewards for a decent price. Furthermore, the quest rewards are tradeable.

I am on Dreamweaver and they do not sell for 1.5-2 mill each. They're like 500k-1 mill. I'd say it's worth it to get all of the books.

the quests are class specific. but the gear you get from them is trade-able, so find out which class gets the quest you want and have them hand the quest in for you. i think its funny that you posted this question 10 months ago and not only have you not gotten an answer yet, but you haven't reach lvl 95 to wear the gear yet either.
