Prepaid Pay Not Working?

I tried to enter my pin for the prepaid pay option and it doesn't show any respond, doesn't even say invalid code or something.

    All of these steps have been followed and yet still unable to use a prepaid PWI card. this is extraordinarily upsetting. A ticket has been submitted but I am well aware of how busy things can get which is in and of itself frustrating being that it is disappointing to NOT be able to access my Zen purchases (use my card) when I was expecting the typical quick and easy access to do so. I appreciate your quick and timely response
