    When someone else can just go "Yo, swipe mah card bro!" and get it all in a few hours, your work means nothing, your goal lost its honour and your "I can only play 3 hours a day" means nothing.

    Noone would care if you grinded rank8 oldschool right now (FBs, 59 stamp farming etc) cos theres just as many poeple who just bought it outright without playing the game for a minute.

    Just because its hard for YOU to get doesnt mean its got any honour attached to it.

    because its so hard to ask mommy and daddy for the master card and type in the numbers to charge 2k zen and open all those chip packs. x.x omg then there's the wait to turn them into GST and buying all those medals of glory. then ive got to walk all the way BACK from gen summer to the commander and chief to get my r9 badge. by then i just want to lie down with a good book and sip a glass of wine until i fall asleep from all that "hard work".

    Current r9 isn't expensive... look at how many ppl have it.

    The biggest problem of PWI, that you MUST pay real money to get best gear. No merchandising is not enough. Because these things(medals and Mysterious Chips) has to come from somewhere. Originally medals come from TW and Mysterious Chips come from cube. SO to get only Mysterious Chips for R9, it would take years and years to grind it in cube. Without paying cash is impossible to get these stuff. And it's doesn't matter if you payed cash or some1 else did. This is the biggest failure of PWI.
    There is no WAY to get R9 without paying cash.

    hmm. ive got enough chips to get every GST i need for the rang nine ring and daggers. and i never spent ONE dime on them. if i wanted to i could sell the hell out of FC and buy the medals that way. but i simply dont want to put that much time into something i dont need. no... the problem with the game is people like you.

    You didn't get it. You could BUY these chips, because they are in cashop. Doesn't matter if you payed with real dollars or merchandising to get coins. The main problem is they are AVAILABLE in cashop. If they wouldn't, then to get them normal way in cube would take hundred years for just one piece. That's why I'm telling that no1 can get R9 without paying real cash. Yea you didn't pay, but some1 did. If he didn't pay, then you have no chance to get it neither.

    I'm just on nowadays to get to 100 and probably hang around, talk to people and that's about it. Hardcore gaming on PWI has died in me 9 months ago b:laugh

    i believe you said it was tottaly impossible to get R9 without buying it all with cash. witch its not. by your point, if i dont spend cash and the other guy doesn't ether then no one in the game will have it.

    and by that logic if no one ever spent cash on anything then all the upper tier TT stuff would be out of reach. we would be stuck with lvl 90 green because there are no high lvl orbs to get the refines we need for the hp to tank GBA boss.

    Can you get chips without buying them from cashop? No you cannot. Some1 has to buy them first for cash. As I said without some1 who bought it from cashop you wouldn't have it neither. So some1 must payed real money to get these chips.

    BH100 rewards. cube of fate. DQ. tokens. four places other then cash shop chips can be obtained. im sure im missing a few other options. but those were the first that came to mind. need me to prove you wrong on something else now?

    Yep I forgot on BH's. Ok then it wouldn't be 100 years to get all chips. It would take just 20-30 years. With all these option just for 1 General Summer's Token you need 10000 chips. And you need 85 tokens for R9 weapon. 85x10000=8500000 chips. IMPOSSIBLE to get without cahshop.

    Why do people keep saying this? You wouldn't have a game at all if there wasn't the cash shop. So even if there was no gear in the game obtainable through packs or cash shop items and everything is farmmable, you still wouldn't have it without the cash shop. This is not a valid argument, you can play this game without spending real life money. Real life money isn't necessary. You can merch, you can farm, you can save. You don't need to have Rank 9 either, once one or two factions own the whole tw map only 200-400 people on the entire server can hold land anyway. Sure there is still open map PK but honestly I see plenty of people not in TW factions on open map PK that aren't in full rank 9 so I fail to see why it's 100% necessary anyway. Chances are there is always going to be someone with better gear than you have or someone who is going to get the jump on you or someone who is going to be more skilled than you. There can only be one best person of each class, that's the definition of best. I do want Rank 9, and I am pretty irritated that I have been priced out of it for the time being. I want Rank 9 just as badly as the next person, and I'm also irritated at the dramatic price increase put on it. But there isn't anything in pve that you NEED rank 9 for and there are plenty of people you can still beat without rank 9 that also aren't in it. Just because you can't beat everyone doesn't mean you HAVE to cash shop.

    Merchant, roll a sin and solo a lot of fcs, do nirvana. IT takes a heck of a lot more work than it should and you should NOT have to roll another class just to outfit your charcters with gear. That is complete and utter BS, but it isn't impossible.

    OMG. I have feeling I speak with 6-7 years old kid. You still don't get it? How you want to get chip from? If they wouldn't be in cash shop? Some1 had to buy this pack with chips and then some1 had to sell it to you. So some1 had to use real money. Without real money just from game is impossible to get right amount of chips. And if you buy the gold with coins the principle is the same. Some1 had to buy this gold before you could have chance to buy it.

    There are, Chips from cube, rep from fbs/stamps/etc, medals from TW, they just make it ridiculously unlikely that anyone could get r9 with no benefit to the cs \o/

    alright. now the insults come out. are you not reading my whole posts? or are you so fixated on the CS you've never taken the time to look and see how many chips you get from dq points or with tokens? i haven't bought one damn chip from another player. i haven't bought one damn chip from the cash shop. i do the cube EVERY day. i get chips from bh pretty much every other day. i lost track of how many chips i've bought with DQ points. and you don't need a lot of tokens to make a pack with 15 chips in it. ill pick up a few of those when i have spare tokens from over buying for teles or hp food. there's all these other sources for chips yet you keep going back to the cash shop like its the only place in the game to get them. i wonder how people were getting them before they came to cash shop if that was the case? let me spell it out for you. T-H-E-R-E A-R-E O-T-H-E-R P-L-A-C-E-S T-O G-E-T C-H-I-P-S B-E-S-I-D-E-S T-H-E C-A-S-H S-H-O-P!!!!

    BH100 rewards. cube of fate. DQ. tokens. four places other then cash shop chips can be obtained. im sure im missing a few other options. but those were the first that came to mind. need me to prove you wrong on something else now?

    So yes there are a plethora of other places to get chips from, but the way you're acting makes it seem your to lazy to find/work for those other methods.

    BH100 rewards - 50 chips a day. 200 days for 1 G.S.Tkn
    CoF - 25 a day. 400 days for a G.S Tkn
    DQ - lol.
    Tokens - oh wait, where do you get tokens? Oh yeah, packs, which is a cash shop item.
    Buying chips with tokens will make R9 10b rather than the current 1.6b.
