Cash shop not open to Australia?

Can someone please explain to me why the majority of the US players I have spoken to have the Cash Shop open to them but NONE of the Australian and New Zealand players have access? And are we going to be able to get the fliers at 1/2 price when we do actually have access or do we miss out?

    Ohhh come on, never had this much trouble with a website not wanting my money?

    Those regions are not blocked from making payments so the issue has to be something else. Please try everything below as that will fix over 90% of website issues.

    Please first try logging out of the website and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue for you. If not, please continue to the step below.

    Please restart your web browsing session. You'll need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website. You should be able to properly charge ZEN after your session has been cleared.

    If this issue persists, you can also use an alternate web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
