Unjust Bowmen

I picked up a quest from the Faction Base Manager NPC "Trial: Unjust Bowmen" and I can not find the mob in question. PWDatabase lists the mob as a lvl 65 but gives no location for it, same for the in game encyclopedia. And the quest itself is scant on details, just kill 15 Unjust Bowmen, no real info. The name is not Autopathable so I figure it must be in an instance but I don't know what one if it is. Tried looking in PV, but solo at lvl 60 was taking to long to get far enough in and the mobs I did see didn't seem to follow the naming pattern. Can anyone help in this matter?

    Same here I can't seam to find the mob anywhere and as far as i can tell from the PWI Data Base the Mob doesn't exist in the game yet. I also cant fond the Strange old Man in the Manor of Justice.

    i got a faction quest that tells me to find the strange old man in the manor of justice but he isnt there lol sounds like a glitch to me

    On this page in the PWI database says they dont exist. Must be a broken quest that needs to be removed (or fixed).

    Fluxal is correct. The mob in question is not officially in the game. Quest cannot be completed. Just trash it.
