Charging options disappear?

Hi,

So I decided to charge 20 dollar and not 200 lol but when I charged 20 dollar i went back to charge another 10 dollar but I saw that the 20 dollar option was gone? > after I charged 10 dollar i went back again to check if 10 dollar option would still be there... but nope it was gone too? even refereshed the page like a zillion times I logged in and out, in and out, I cleaned my whole browser from cookies and such but still no result it seems that if I Charge the moeny the option to charge that amount again is gone -___-'' I wonder If this is a temporary problem lol and not forever otherwise I can't charge anymore lol b:surrender

    Please try the following as we see nothing wrong with the account on our end but the changes to the website recently could be the reason you encounter this error. If you still have this issue, your purchase from yesterday will drop in about one hour, freeing up that amount to be spent today. Also, please submit a screenshot of what you see on your side when you contact the billing department.

    Please first try logging out of the website and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue for you. If not, please continue to the step below.

    Please restart your web browsing session. You'll need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website. You should be able to properly charge ZEN after your session has been cleared.

    If this issue persists, you can also use an alternate web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer.

    Like I said earlier I did all those things like cleaning my browser used internet explore 9 instead of chrome, logging in and out. I restarted my pc now but it still doesnt show up QQ

    This just happend today never had this before. Oh and btw it was the other way around I Charged 200> 100> and 50 and they all disappeared after charging so 10 and 20 would remain like in the pic.

    Sorry for the bad screen.
    oh and I'm from The Netherlands and I pay through Ideal!

    huh... It seems like it's solved I just ran ccleaner and cleaned EVERYTHING then rebooted again and it works (though it didnt work when I only cleaned within my browser options?)

    just one question, yesterday there was a 200 dollar option. Has that option been removed or...? is that still a problem with my pc?

    There's a daily spending limit as well; your higher amount options will disappear until it's been a full 24 hours and you can spend again.

    :O oh ok didnt know that, does that only counts for the 200 dollar option? >not that I charge 200 dollar 3 times a day lawl... wouldn't it be good business for pwi if cashshoppers can non-stop charge 200 dollar instead of a 24 hour waiting? :o?
