Like, i enter every required field, BUT when i click Country, it takes me back to the damn https://billing.perfectworld.com/ , i want srsly to charge zen b:surrender

    I ahve the very same problem, when i try to create my billing account i can fill anything but not the country, if i click on it it shoves me back to the starter page.
    Adn since teh country is an (*) marked field i cannot continue because of that.

    Anyone a clue or an possibility what to do there?
