Need barb tutor

Hi im a level 15 barbarian and i havn't really been playing since i don't really know what to go with when i level etc. So i asked my friend and he started talking about a tutor. He was tutored as a low level Blademaster. I don't know if people still do this but i would love a kind, high level barbarian so he can give me advice. You also have to play often. If you could reply to this thread if you would like to help/tutor me. I'd really appreciate it!b:thanks

    Quit barb now, roll a sin instead, make sin r9 +12 4aps daggers, use to farm and fund r9 barb, put max vit, dont go sage, get demon arma, spam in pvp, slam face on keyboard, roll archer, get r9 bow, have fun in tw.

    Please don't listen to him. We need barbs for the mere fact that sins and archers are not nearly as durable as barbs. Plus, barb buffs are sexy as hell b:dirty. As for a mentor, you'll need to find a nice faction that has higher level barbs, as most do. I'm sure they will help you be a better barb.

    As for advice from someone that will be healing you in the background, please please please hit all the monsters in the area that are attacking you. Only take on as many monsters as you can realistically handle, and have fun playing the only class that can survive almost anything thrown at you b:victory

    Edit : Seems he did say to go barb after sin...but I still wouldn't do it. If you like your class then play it.

    Before these people scare you from the barb completely, let me step up here. Please read the full post. There's a reason for my boast.

    I'm a 79 barb, and just recently (while still 78), I tanked FC after several people told me I was too low. Ok, it was my first time in FC, and I made my rookie mistakes. But the team knew that, and thus didn't mind dying just twice. Three times if you count one boss that gave us trouble no one could explain (and they made it clear, it wasn't me). The sin that brought me along said I did MUCH better than several level 90's he's gone with. And just yesterday, he called me the best tank he knows.

    So why the boast? Simple. It would appear I know what I'm doing, and am doing it well. As such, I am here to offer any and all advice I can on how to play the barb. Mind you, I like tanking. No, that's not right. I LOVE LOVE LOVE tanking. That's what I'm good at, and how I build my barb. If that's not you, I'll offer what I can to help you better fit your play style.

    Now I'll be the first to admit I may not know everything. I may even have one or two things "wrong". But then again, I apparently am better than several barbs 12 level's above me. In fact, just yesterday, the same sin asked for my help because he knew I could hold aggro, where as the 81 barb they had already, who by the way had full TT80 gear, couldn't.

    You can try to find a good faction to help you out
    but also learn the skills you have learned and can learn and try out some stuff explain to the ppl you are with like Im trying out some stuff like everyone has once his learning experience also you can ask if you may run with an other barb in party so you can see how he deals with it which gives you also a learning experience

    me Learning the details from a class like Sin (which Im trying to play atm) is like reading all my skills looking over the futher lvling schedule (farming tanking quick killing pvp ect..) and ofc I have a nice faction that helps me out and which give some advise to me

    but really take your time for it to try out and read skills and all for builds well everyone has his own build kinda depens which way to go so guess it's up to you

    If you have anything specific you'd like to ask a Sage barb, feel free to PM me as I don't get to forums much anymore. Though I'm on a different server, barbs are the same on all servers. We get hit, have smexy buffs, smell like wet tigers and we get hit some more.
