Billing Website Not Working

All day I've been trying to buy zen and all day i keep getting "website not available"..
Whats the problem?

    Well, that might be a good sign. If it's not available, they might FINALLY be working on it. It's been screwed since at least Friday. Been trying to redeem a prepaid card since then.

    Please first try logging out of the website and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue for you. If not, please continue to the step below.

    Please restart your web browsing session. You'll need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website. You should be able to properly charge ZEN after your session has been cleared.

    Its been a few hours since I tried but still "website not available" and it's NOT my pcs fault...
    Funny it always happens when u have any kinda bonus attached with the cash shop items, coincidence?

    PS.. it also happens when I try and go to billing from here as well :(

    The Billingsite was damaged beyhound functionality for days.
    The fact that it now is unavauble is as stated probably a good thing because it means
    that tehy are now repairing the said site.

    And now keep cool and relax. It won't kill you if you wait a little for it.
    I need to wait as well.

    :( *sigh* disapointment again, billing still not up and running... lol lol lol
    Is there a reason why the pre-paid cards aren't available from Target and 7/11 here in Australia?
