cat shop not working

i cant sell or buy anmyting from catshops and cant sell or buy anything in my own catshop when i try to sell buy something from some other catshop says service unavaible how can i fix this???

    Same message appeared to me when I was trying to repair yesterday...

    Just lasted a few seconds, I moved to another NPC and it was fine

    Was your safety lock on? You can't buy or sell anything with that thing is activated.

    my safety lock was off and i moved a lot and not fixing the problem i know when safety lock is on i cant sell or buy thats why i have it on one minute ty for reading i think i am gonna send a ticket and get response in like a year or two if game is still runnning

    Some NPCs will not let you repair at them...I don't know why but they just don't...ever...

    As for buying/selling to a DIFFERENT persons cat shop...their inventory could be full or something or they might have DCd but are still logged in.
