Hey!

What is the fastest/cheapest way to level fast to 80? (or 100). I dont mean with only bh and phoenix, I mean faster than that. Is buying exp rooms the fastest and cheapest?

Thanks, CeliaZ

Just doing normal FC's with 12x Hypers is the cheapest since you don't need to pay for a room but it takes more time doing the whole thing (also with the chance of fail squads making it take longer). And buying FC (with 12x Hypers ofc) might be the fastest since you don't need to deal with squads and stuff...

    That's my best guess.

Btw: I was wondering how dose well is the exp compared with PV and FC?

You can start it from lvl 1 but most likely you will have to buy FC from that lvl or get you guild to do it for you.

But I would recommend learning how to play your class first before you start Powerlvling since you don't want to go into a squad and have no idea what you are doing... lol

Good advice, though I think I could get the hang of it quite quickly. To quote some people on this forum: PWI is not rocket science.

Oracles start at 30, fruit at I think 10.

Fastest/cheapest 1-30 is probably combining shards while hypered. (Make elemental common shards and you can probably resell them for enough to recover the cost of the hypers as well as the shabbies.)

The way some people play this game, you'd think it was rocket science. Lol...

Anyway, personally I haven't power leveled enough to really know but, from what I can tell paying a Sin or BM to solo FF isn't too expensive. Initial Hyper cost for 5 hypers is around 400k, and if you're smart and wait for certain shouts, some people Plvl for 800k a run sometimes less. The hypers should last you a while if you activate at the right times.

Other than that, you could always try doing things the old-school way by way of quests. And as most know the TB quest is really nice for EXP gain around 50ish.

I hadn't thought of making shards though, that's a good idea.

What is this 'combining shards while hypered' method? Please describe in detail or point us to a reference.

    Thanks,

    1) Go to a merchant and buy a raftload of shabby shards (I think there's a post by I think WarrenWolfy somewhere giving an exact number of shabbies needed for leveling 1-30.)
    2) Go to a jewelcraftsman and select the Combine dialogue
    3) Find the type of shards you bought, hit Max, turn on hypers (You did get hypers already, right?) and hit Start.

Combining shards yields a constant 6 XP and 1 spirit no matter your level, and this XP is affected by XP multipliers (going to 12 and 2 during double events.)

Everyone answered on the fastest ways, so I'll tell you the cheapest way:

Quest and grind when you run out of quests, this way is slow (may seem painfully slow, given everyone and their grandma hyper-hyper-hypering) but you will make enough coin to cover your expenses.

You will be 100+ for most of your in-game life even if it takes you 2-3 months instead of 3-4 weeks to get there, enjoying the ride is priceless.

PWI isn't rocket science, but I am guessing you are fairly new to the game since you are even asking this question (that and the fact you don't even know oracles have a lvl 30 minimum....).
Most of the PvE in the game is fairly easy, and if you spend enough on gear you won't have much trouble at least surviving, but each class has it's own quirks that simply following a high level through FC just can't teach.

    A couple examples:
    1) A Level 102 BM in nirvana refuses to use Heaven's Flame because he is the highest APS in the party so it "will just slow us down." He was 3.33 sparked with +5 lunar claws, whenever the veno or cleric debuffed I took aggro, ended up tanking half that nirvana, as a psychic......
    2) A Level 103 Assassin joins a full delta squad to get his wave 4 culti "I've never made it past wave 3...." get's 1'kd on 3-5 by trying to stealth past the mobs to catch boss (mobs in rebirth are level 150, clearly dark orange named.....)

So yeah, it's not really hard to learn. Apparently it's easy to not learn, though, where it used to just be a natural part of the process.

Quest/grind doesn't teach much beyond a point either, but it was designed to lead to TT gear farming and rebirth for leveling, which do take a good deal of skill and experience to do at the level they were designed for.

Actually I did know oracles had a 30 minimum. The question I ment was: Should I use oracles at 30 or should I just use FCC from 20-100. And yes, I have done TT, RB, all FBs, FCC, TW, even the Old Frost... I know quite a bit about this game, except about powerleveling the most efficient way, which is what I am asking here.

Find a friend with a lvl 100 sin. Kiss up to him enough so that he'll let you use his sin for farming. Proceed to solo FC in about 30 minutes. Bring your low lvl to heads. do it with 3-4 other people. Rinse and repeat.

    .

You are exaggerating right? Doing everything non-hypered averaging about 4 hours a day you might hit 80 maybe if you do everything fast as possible then 90 in 2-3 months... W/O Hypers 100 could take 6months+ even with them it's gonna take 2+ with a reasonable play time.
