Tapjoy zen still missing, support not replying

I signed up for directv because the high amount of zen that its offered with it through tapjoy. i have not had cable or dish tv in years but signed up for the promo anyway because of this game.. directv installed and been a month..my zen has not been awarded.. contacted tapjoy and was told that they were not notified by directv that offer has been completed and told me to provide proof and zen will be awarded "right away"... i provided any proof that was asked and was told thanks for the proof and should get zen within 5 business days... been almost a month and another 3 emails to them...still nothing and not getting any reply whatsoever now.. i called tapjoy company itself hoping to get a live person but only to be greeted by automated service saying they can't provide phone service right now and told me to email support which i been doing for a month now...have i been scammed? thanks and hope to get this resolved.. any help would be good

If you go to the "earn zen" page there is a small link above the offers that says "support". Click that and it will take you to another page with all the offers you have clicked on. Next to each offer it will have another link saying "report problem". Select missing zen, type in the email you used to register for the offer and in the text area copy the confirmation email.
I used this when my zen had not been credited after a few days from completing the offer and got my zen about a week later. Good luck.0 -
i did the promo too awhile ago- purchased new service blah blah blah followed the qualifications to the tee...sent my confirmation email and everything- no zen was ever rewarded- i was pissed and no TapJoy doesnt respond to you ever, and pwi just doesnt care
you arent the only one, take comfort in that at least[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
