how can i get good gems

i see in world chat people sell nice b:dirty and good gems like stone of savant
so how can i get them

    buy them from people in world chat.

    or if you're a gambler, buy lots of packs and hope to get lucky. but i'd recommend buying from people in world chat, first.

    what about Stone of ancestral (adds 45 magic point) how can i get it it can't gotten from packs
